Abstract—A simple analyzer for studying basic parameters of magnetized ions in a plasma flow is described.
The analyzed parameters are the longitudinal ion velocity, the spectrum of cross ion energies, the spatial ion
density distribution in the flow, and the total ion current. The results of measuring the parameters of a plasma
flow with magnetized heavy ions obtained from a plasma source with crossed fields are presented.
