Abstract—The differential cross section for the production of two gluons with a fixed invariant mass in high-
energy parton collisions is expressed in terms of the corresponding cross section for Reggeon–Reggeon inter-
action. The two-gluon contribution to the kernel of the Balitsky–Fadin–Kuraev–Lipatov equation is obtained
by integrating this cross section with respect to the momenta of the product particles. A dimensional regular-
ization is used to eliminate infrared divergences.
